BioData PH exists to help Filipino job seekers present their experience clearly and apply with confidence. Our content focuses on Philippine biodata conventions, resume writing, applicant tracking systems, and the needs of fresh graduates, nurses, BPO applicants, OFWs, and career shifters. We publish for readers first—not simply to attract search traffic or create space for advertising.
Our editorial principles
Who creates our content
Articles are published by the BioData PH Editorial Team, the same team responsible for maintaining our resume builder, Philippine biodata form, templates, and supporting resources. The team’s product work gives it direct knowledge of the questions users face when organizing work history, selecting a format, and exporting application documents.
We use an organizational byline because content is collaboratively drafted, checked, formatted, and maintained. Where an article uses a specialist contributor in the future, that person’s name and relevant background will be shown on the page.
How we research and review
Topic selection
We prioritize recurring questions from Filipino applicants and gaps we observe while maintaining the builder. A topic must fit our core purpose and provide a clear benefit beyond a generic definition.
Research
Writers compare current public guidance from relevant authorities and employers where appropriate, then translate it into plain-language steps. Government requirements and hiring practices can change, so readers should confirm role-specific requirements with the employer, recruitment agency, or responsible government office.
Practical review
Guidance is checked against the fields and layouts available in BioData PH. Template recommendations consider readability, section order, PDF output, and common applicant tracking system conventions. We do not claim that one format can guarantee compatibility with every employer’s software.
Editorial review
Before publication, content is checked for completeness, duplicated passages, unsupported promises, misleading calls to action, grammar, and working links. Material updates receive a new modified date. Minor spelling or layout corrections may not change the displayed review date.
Accuracy, corrections, and updates
We aim to be accurate, but employment practices differ by company, industry, and destination country. Our articles provide general educational information, not legal, immigration, recruitment, or professional career-counselling advice.
- We correct factual errors when they are identified.
- We update guides when a change materially affects the recommended format or application process.
- We remove or redirect pages that are obsolete, duplicated, or no longer useful.
- We welcome specific correction requests that include the page URL and the information that needs review.
Advertising and editorial independence
Advertising helps support free access to the builder and resources. Ads do not determine our conclusions, template rankings, or recommendations. Advertisements must remain visually distinct from navigation, editorial links, and download buttons. We do not ask readers to click ads, and we do not publish empty or low-information pages simply to display advertisements.
Commercial inquiries are handled separately from editorial decisions. If we publish sponsored content or an affiliate relationship in the future, it will be clearly disclosed on the relevant page.
Use of automation
Software may assist with spelling, formatting, structured data, link checking, or early drafting. It does not replace editorial responsibility. Content intended for publication must be reviewed for usefulness, factual consistency, originality, and fit with the Philippine audience. We do not automatically scrape or republish third-party articles.
