Welcome to the official BioData PH support center. Whether you are creating a resume for your first job application in the Philippines, preparing an overseas contract document (OFW), or seeking assistance with our Android mobile application, our team is here to assist you.

Frequently Asked Questions & Quick Help

1. Do I need to create an account to use the website?

No. The BioData PH web version is completely free and registration-free. All your personal data, work history, and resume drafts stay private inside your own web browser local storage. We do not store or process web resume drafts on our servers.

2. How do I request account or data deletion for the Mobile App?

If you registered an account through our Android Mobile App using Supabase authentication, select Data Deletion Request in the form above. Enter your registered email address, check the confirmation box, and submit. Our data privacy compliance officer will process your request and permanently erase your account and cloud backups within 24 to 48 hours.

3. What are your support response times?

Inquiries are processed Monday through Friday during Philippines standard business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PHT). You will receive an email confirmation and direct response within 1 to 2 business days.
